0013. Cores build for WebAssembly
- Status: accepted
- Date: 2026-10-02
Context
Section titled “Context”The cores are standard C++20. Keeping them portable must be checked, not assumed, and a browser target opens editors and remotes that run the same logic as the stage machine.
Decision
Section titled “Decision”CI builds every core and runs its tests with Emscripten (WebAssembly, Node.js runner). Browser applications use the same cores as native ones.
Consequences
Section titled “Consequences”- Any accidental platform dependency in a core breaks the build at once.
- A web show editor or remote shares the exact behaviour of the stage engine.
